Many people want to contribute some of their time, serving those who need it most, but don’t know where, how and when. The Proyecto Union Foundation has its doors open to those people through its “Volunteers in Action We Are Changing the World” program.
Within this great program, we have seniors, pensioners, housewives, professionals, young students, as well as families who come with their children all willing to help. Volunteer activities include tidying up children’s clothes, reading stories, playful and recreational activities, as well as the opportunity to feed and give love to a heart that needs it.
On the other hand, we have professional volunteering for those people who want to put their knowledge and experience at the service of children, corporate volunteering where employees of different organizations connect face-to-face or virtual to share special moments that transform the lives of our children. This year, international volunteering was resumed with two young professionals from Argentina, as well as social service with 5 schools in the capital.
Every day we feel more fortunate to have more volunteer angels who make it possible for us to transform lives, bringing a better quality of life to our country’s unprotected children and grandparents. In addition to receiving a hug, a smile from a sick child or grandfather on the street, is the most rewarding gift you can take. Join our program and put your desire to help into action.
